UBI bachelor students and select alumni were honoured guests at the European headquarters of Amazon Europe in Luxembourg!
Students were treated with the utmost privilege to a company visit across 2 sites (the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Lab and the head office), keynote speeches with industry experts and a networking event to close this half day of activities.
During this time, our bachelor students were not only inspired by the workings and operational excellence of Amazon, but delved into discussions of Amazon’s projects such as cloud computing, digital services of AWS, generative AI, capital planning, innovations in logistics, use of business intelligence, and finance within a multinational company. They then had a valuable talk with an HR representative to gain valuable insights into applying for internships and jobs at Amazon.
