To apply for one of our programmes of study, please take the time to fill out the information below. We suggest uploading all files into as small a format as possible to ensure your successful submission (15MB max per file).

  • A secondary school/high school diploma and breakdown of individual subjects and grades (in English or French). (pdf. format)

  • a scan of their passport (jpg. or pdf. format)

  • “Professional” portrait photo (jpg. format)

  • CV (pdf. format)

  • Proof of command of the English language, either IELTS (6.0) or TOEFL iBT (72) results (pdf. format)

  • Two 250 – word (for Bachelor programme) / 500-word (for MBA programme) minimum  essays*  (pdf. format)

    • Personal statement: a critical analysis on the programme’s potential contribution to the applicant’s personal and professional development

    • Professional statement: This second statement will be requested at the interview stage if your application is eligible. The UBI administration will contact you at that stage for more details (discussion of a topical issue).

*Please note it is essential to devote time and effort to this short statement and essay, as they are an essential part of the entry criteria. Only the candidates who have shown leadership potential, a passion for studying/willingness to reach study goals, an entrepreneurial spirit, or a track record of community service will proceed to the next part of the selection process.

Motivation Essay (required)*
In order to learn more about you and your reasons for applying to UBI, this essay is required to be at least 250 words for Bachelor applicants and 500 words for MBA applicants. Please cover the following topics in the essay:
  • Personal statement: a critical analysis of the programme’s potential contribution to the applicant’s personal and professional development and your motivation to join the UBI community.
  • Please also note that a second (professional) written statement will be requested at the time of the interview (more information to be provided at the time)

*Please note your essay submission is an integral part of the application form and will determine your ability to study at UBI. The quality of your essay will determine your progression into the next stage of the admission process (the interview)
