Over four months, participants complete four modules (each 6 ECTS credits), covering both the business and technological facets of CRM and Marketing Cloud in business. Each module blends theory with practical application, ensuring concepts are linked to real executive decisions.

Establishes a foundation in modern Business Strategy, with emphasis on how digital disruption are reshaping competitive dynamics. Students will  learn to align this digital and technological development with overall business goals, drive organisational change, and manage the ethical and governance considerations of deploying this technological change.  This module reinforces critical thinking skills to tie this change to value creation and ROI.

In this module, students will develop a solid understanding of the foundations of CRM and its strategic application to sales and customer engagement. Through advanced analytics, automation, and personalised communication techniques, participants will explore how CRM drives customer retention and value creation.. Real-world case studies and hands-on projects prepare students to navigate today’s dynamic, data-driven marketplace with confidence.

This practice-oriented module equips forward-thinking professionals with the fundamentals of cloud-based marketing and automation tools. Students will learn how to integrate cloud solutions to streamline marketing processes, enhance team collaboration, and drive impactful, data-driven campaigns. Emphasis is placed on understanding customer needs, leveraging data for personalised engagement, and improving operational efficiency through scalable, cloud-enabled strategies.

This module will be dedicated to a structured Real-World project where students will have to critically apply the concepts of the programme to propose solutions to a real business problem. In this module, students will analyse specific and real business situations and propose and present potential solutions.

Applicants are invited to apply directly online (click here). Along with an application form, applicants need to submit:

  • Latest degree (in English, Spanish or French).
  • Proof of command of the English or Spanish language depending on the choice of campus (see “admission requirements”).
  • Passport or ID card
  • “Professional” portrait photo
  • CV
  • Any other certificate of academic achievement / other awards, if applicable.
  • 500-word personal statement: a critical analysis of the programme’s potential contribution to the applicant’s personal and professional development.

Note: All students attending UBI programmes are expected to bring their personal laptops for all academic activities. Laptops should be capable of handling connections, especially run AI-related on-line applications. 

 
  • The admissions team assesses each application package and makes recommendations based on the academic requirements and on the candidate’s overall suitability for the programme.
  • Candidates recommended by the admissions team are invited for a 30-minute interview with the Programme Director. Interviews for candidates are usually conducted online via Zoom.
  • Successful candidates receive a letter offering admission within 30 days of the personal interview.
