UBI Business School is proud to announce that Estanislao Schilardi, our MBA student, has been appointed as the CEO of Netza, a prominent company in Mendoza that specialises in engineering and constructing specialised equipment for the oil and gas industry.
Estanislao joined UBI’s MBA programme in 2022. Before enrolling in our programme, he worked as the Oil & Gas Agency Director in Mendoza. Prior to that, he was a project manager at IMPSA in the wind energy sector. He started working at Netza four months ago and has since taken on a significant challenge in an industry where large investments are expected in Argentina. With a solid background in engineering, focussing on management, mechanics, and logistics, Estanislao’s recent transition reflects his dedication and leadership in the industry.

I believe that it is essential to continuously train yourself, especially in today’s globalised world, where everything changes rapidly and constantly. With more than 12 years of professional experience, I wanted to take a qualitative leap in my career, which is why I decided to pursue an MBA.
