UBI’s International Bachelor in Management of FinTech & AI equips students to lead the next wave of digital finance—from instant payments and embedded finance to AI powered lending, fraud prevention, and compliance automation. GenAI could unlock an annual $200–$340 billion in value for banking, equivalent to 9–15% of operating profits, as processes and customer journeys are reengineered around intelligent automation. At the same time, global FinTech revenues are projected to reach $1.5 trillion by 2030—roughly a fivefold increase—underscoring the sector’s rapid maturation and the demand for AI skilled talent to build and scale new financial platforms.
This three-year international management degree is designed for future professionals who want to start their careers on a standout FinTech path, shaped by finance increasingly becoming software, where embedded payments, instant experiences, and data rich journeys are becoming the norm. By the end of the programme, graduates will be able to design FinTech & AI strategies that shift the metrics that matter, revenue, cost, and risk, by using data smartly; launch regulated pilots (payments, credit, tokenisation) by aligning tech, business, and compliance to ship impact fast; govern digital risk and cybersecurity with clear policies, KPIs, and playbooks that protect the brand and customers; and scale data driven products from insight to go-to-market, with pricing and a pitch that win over investors.
The programme provides additional and differential value to the students as they will also gain access to Amazon Web Services (AWS) online courses and optional certifications, equipping them with cloud management skills from the global leader in cloud computing and sharpening their readiness to contribute from day one. Students will take part in Evenings @ The Castle, a bi-monthly series of practitioner-led masterclasses and workshops that deepen understanding of advanced financial topics. They will also join the student-led Finance & AI Club, where leadership will be entrusted to students through merit-based scholarships for high-impact roles, fostering ownership, accountability, and a culture of achievement that elevates both profile and employability.
